I've known Alan for decades. I was diagnosed with AI Hepatitis a couple of years ago. After my second relapse last fall, I reached out to Alan for help. The herbal regimen he has prescribed quickly brought my liver enzymes back to the normal range. I will continue to work with Alan to treat this chronic condition. I am very hopeful that my liver enzymes will continue to stay in the normal range and I can avoid taking the dangerous pharmaceuticals that my Hepatologist insists that I take.

Justin literally saved my life. I had acid reflux for over a year and had been taking Omaprozole for over 3 years, I was bloated, low energy, still had acid reflux. I have been going to Chrysalis to help with pain from a chronic condition. Through a combination of herbs and acupuncture, along with dietary changes, I now have little to no pain. It has been several years since I have felt this good. My energy levels and digestion have also improved. Justin is very knowledgeable and great to work with. Justin at Chrysalis was recommended by a friend. I have been seeing Justin for trigeminal nueralgia pain .I can’t say enough good things about Justin. He is kind, professional ,very knowledgeable and he goes above and beyond to figure out how he can help .It is a rare thing to find someone like him who really does care. He even called me after my first 2 visits to see how I was feeling . My husband now goes to him for some pain he has had in his knees which he has had for many years following knee replacement ,and his pain has diminished quite a bit only after 3 sessions.

I am glad the staff at Chrysalis are part of my health care team. I have been getting acupuncture treatments for since August 2022. It is one of my core activities to help manage chronic pain and degenerative changes due to aging. The acupuncture has helped restore function. My back muscles feel looser after a treatment. I have stopped sleeping with a cold jell pack at night. The acupuncture treatments, along with physical, water and home therapy exercises I have been gradually met my personal goals. The staff are knowledge, caring, and polite.

I can not say enough about the care I received from Justin Mao. Before I went to him my husband and friends felt I was close to death. I had lost 38 pounds and had diarrhea30-40 times every day. The Dr I had seen said there was nothing more he could do for me. It was incurable. I went to Justin and in three months with his protocol of supplements I am now diarrhea free. After three years of being house bound I now have my life back and I owe it all to following Justin’s care. We will forever be grateful to him. Thank you to his Father and the Clinic Staff. I absolutely LOVE this office! Every single person who works there is incredible. They are so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I feel that they go above and beyond. I have worked with the entire Tillotson family. Alan has helped my family through dementia, autism, colds, and overall well-being. Naixin has helped injuries with acupuncture and kindness. Justin is currently helping me with metabolic damage caused from prescribed adderall that I have not taken in almost a decade. He is amazing! I have suffered from chronic back pain for many, too many, years. Treatment in the past have included those usually most typically “prescribed”; prescription, massage therapy, physical therapy and well you get the point. While beneficial; they always provided temporary relief. Recently I started exploring and researching for alternative and found an article regarding acupuncture. It pecked my interest and I subsequently made an appointment with Justin Mao at the Chrysalis Natural Medicine Clinic. All it has been AMAZING – after my first acupuncture treatment I immediately felt the most comfort I had in YEARS. Most importantly everyone there; Justin, Mr. and Mrs. Tillotson and the office staff members, have always been pleasant, thoughtful and displayed true compassion. My only regrets: That I had explored natural intervention many moons ago. Love it – acupuncture has been relaxing – ASTONISHING!
